Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are in the world. Every day, we ship to hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring that we always provide you with the highest level of responsiveness.

Order delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, customization, quality inspection, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 24 hours of the order being placed. The manufacturer will process the order, which takes an additional 1-4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the item to be shipped from our warehouse to its destination. International shipments usually take 10-30 business days. Many US orders are shipped via epacket, a product of the United States Postal Service. Once the item is processed and leaves the warehouse, it usually takes 7 to 14 days to reach its destination, but sometimes it can take longer.
