Return Policy
Returns
The policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned. Perishable items (such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines) and one-of-a-kind antique items cannot be returned. We also do not accept items such as intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards,
Downloadable software products,
Some health and personal care products
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable)
Books that show obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records
Any item that is not in original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or is missing parts
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund it to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Overdue or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited to your account.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for your refund to be credited to your account.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email Support@JadeOrtiz.shop.
Special Offers (if applicable)
All eligible points must be credited during a special offer or promotion. If eligible points are tied to an in-store purchase, the base currency is USD.
Gifts:
If your purchase was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once we receive the return, we will mail the gift certificate to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and he will be aware of your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
